Following are the two options of order placement We have two different options for placing the Orders / Quotes.
There are two options of order placement.
1st is by Placing the orders online on www.mkngraphics.com
We suggest you to use website as it has many advantages, you can login to your own account with your username & password as it has many options.
* Place Digitizing Order(Quote(Where you can place new digitizing order & quote to get simulation sample files)
* View Digitizing Records(Where you can see all records of orders/quotes you placed)
* Place Vector Order/Quote(Quote(Where you can place new digitizing order & quote to get simulation sample files)
* View Vector Records(Where you can see all records of orders/quotes you placed)
* Invoice Section (Where you can generate,pay invoice & see records of all invoices).
* Profile (Where you can see your business information & can change them at any time)

2nd option is by sending artwork via email at admin@mkngraphics.com and we will place your order with your logo attached in JPG, TIF, BMP, CDR, AI or PDF format, although JPG is preferred (Other formats are acceptable)
Please make sure to mention the following.
* Size (Specify dimensions of your logo), etc.
* Color(Specify number of colors required)
* Material(Specify fabric on which it will be sewn on)
* Format(Specify required format & speciatl instructions on every order such as DST,PXF,OFM )

Our standard turnarount time is 4-8 hours but in case of urgent/rush orders, the design can be provided in less than 2 hours with no extra charges.
Most of the editing is FREE except the following things only
• Addition of new part to the original logo.
• Addition of new lettering.
• Addition of new logo to digitized file.
We can offer you all major formats a few of which are. .EMB, .DST, .PXF, .OFM, .EXP, .CND, .PES, .JEF, etc.
We accept payments through Paypal,2checkout,World Pay & Credit Cards.We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express.
• Checking of artwork and design requirements.
• In case of anything missing, we call or email you.
• In case of permanent customer,Designer will be assigned to provide consistent quality because he knows your preferred digitizing styles.
• On completion of design, the head designer has an on-screen check in order to check stitch density, sequencing, trims, color changes etc.
• When the design is sewn, it is rechecked by the head designer again.
• When the head designer passes it, the service team also has an overall recheck to make sure that high quality product is provided to the customer.
